U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Diane Weiss in Philadelphia, ends several lawsuits filed by the state attorney general against Computer Personalities Systems Inc., of Pipersville, which did business as Video Computer Store; Direct 2 U Network Inc.; and the president of both companies, George Capell.
